Our tables, chairs,wedding/party, concession equipment are kept in top condition to ensure your satisfaction.
All table cloths, chaircovers and sashes are washed, pressed and wrapped to keep wrinkle and stain free.
You can rest assured that your rentals will be delivered and picked up in a timely and professional manner. We trust in our employees to make your experience as worry free as possible.
What you should know
Pricing: Prices quoted are for a one day charge. If you wish to rent items for an extended time please call us for our special rates. Prices are subject to change so please call to confirm rentals. A valid credit card is required and will be billed for any missing or damaged items. A detailed invoice of charges and copy of receipt will be mailed to you after the event.
Damage Waiver:
A damage waiver is offered to protect renters from charges incurred due to normal wear and tear on rental items. The damage waiver is not insurance. Our current nonrefundable damage waiver fee is 10% of the total invoice. It does not preclude you from paying for missing or lost equipment. Certain restrictions may apply, please speak with us.
Pick up, Delivery: Delivery, set up and take down are offered at reasonable rates.Events To Remember will service up to 100 miles round trip from Navasota, Texas at a base rate of 80.00. After 100 miles; $0.45/mile charge Please call for rates in your area.
Normal pick up and return hours are Monday- Friday 10a.m. to 5p.m. Outside specified times can be arranged. You are more than welcome to pick up rentals at our showroom. Please call three hours ahead of pick up to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
Deliveries are made to any dock, garage or door readily accessible to our trucks. For pickup, all rental items should be stacked in the same place and manner in which they were delivered. Deliveries/Pick ups made Monday- Friday 10a.m.-5p.m. Saturdays 9a.m.-12p.m.
Set-up andBreakdown:
Set up and take down are offered at reasonable rates. Please call us for more about:
- Setup/breakdown for tables and chairs
- Back of house staffing for scraping and re-crating dishes, glassware, and flatware
- Staffing to install and remove table linens, chair cover, chair ties, and napkins
Prior to Pickup or Return: All china, glassware, utensils, etc., should be refuse-free and replaced in their delivery containers. Linens should be dry and refuse-free to prevent mildew and staining. Additional charges are made when extraordinary cleaning is required. Never place linens in a plastic bag.
Your Responsibility: Responsibility for rented items remains with the customer from time of pickup/delivery to return/pickup. Additional charges will be made for damaged items and shortages. Certain items like tables and chairs cannot get wet.
